Street Rally knee pads

Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is Steve and I have bought an MT 09 after 6 years of being off bikes.

All I can say is what a bike!

I bought a 2015 ABS model in Matt Grey and took advantage of a discounted price/free bits and the Akropovic full system.

I'm after some help, I want to add the tank knee pads from a 2015 Street Racer but my local dealer cannot locate the part. They need a chassis number/ reg number of a street racer with the pads on.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Steve. For some reason Yamaha have gone all anal on us with regards to parts. I don't think they like the fact we're changing the bikes to make them look better

I contacted my supplying dealer first thing this morning and guess what, they had the knee pads in stock and the Sport Tracker Carbon front mud guard, result!

I contact praise A2 Motorcycles enough.

A breath of fresh air that a dealer actually has something in stock!

I did, had a cracking deal and they had the bike in the colour I wanted.

My experience thus far has been good.

Like I said earlier at least they stocked the part I was after my local dealer still hasn't located the bloody part number!

Ordered yesterday and delivered today.
