Tank pad spoiling design?

Is it just me or does any body else find that the 'official' MT09 tank pad spoils the look of the racy black line decal going down the tank ?(I have the Orange colour) Going to take it off and replace it with a clear one. Just wandered if anybody else has chosen to high-light the bikes original feature.

i think it looks kack with the tank stripe which is why its here.......

Thanks Makfai. I like the MT09 Black and silver sporty decal design and don't want to obsecure it with a piece of black padding.
Think I'll get a super-thin clear pad I saw on ebay and preserve the authentic MT09 look.
