Wetting yourself on a Tracer?

Is this occurring, as it does on the MT-09?

I refer to the case, where you have the bike out in the rain, and the spray from the rear wheel ends up and giving you a very wet experience on your bum!
Is that sorted with the bigger rear of the Tracer?

I am getting this on my tracer but it Has an R&G tail tidy on it, it might not do it with the standard number plate holder though.

I am getting a top box rack soon so hopefully that will sort out mine
