Only because my last bike was an FZ6 I like the idea of upgrading to an FZ-09 but not unhappy with MT so it's all good.

So i prefer to have a bike i can tell people exactly what the MT stands for, with FZ you can't do that.

Or can you?
FZ ? Fizzy? Fuzzy? :D

I prefer the MT name, but I can follow pipski's line as well when upgrading...
MT could also be "More torque"..

But if it's a choice between MT or FZ i'll go for MT.

How many times have you been asked "what bike do you ride" so you tell them a MT-09, and then you get the blank expression. Doesn't matter which we like its not the best named bike.

Just be glad that they didn't call it something like 'Kuga' which is what Ford have used for a four wheeled abortion they have just started to sell in Australia.

It's nothing like any Cougar :) I've known.
