First mod I did to my bike was rear nitron unit and Matris front cartridge and springs all built to my weight and riding style. PDQ did the work for me. Wasn't cheap at 1100 quid but was money well spent. First time I hit the brakes hard on the way home due to a car suddenly changing lanes on...
Invest in a proper suspension set. Its not cheap but it makes a hell of a difference to the quality of the ride. Nitron rear road shock and Matris front fork cartridge kit and springs all set for my weight and riding style. coet me £1100 though there are cheaper or more expensive depending on...
Ive been wondering that myself. The standard brakes are decent but if you go down the Brembo route you might want to invest in better front suspension else its going to have you over the handlebars pretty quick with the standard fork set up. She ll dive quicker than a $20 whore !

Got my seat back from the Trimmer last week. Its now about an inch taller for me and the rear portion has been built up and made longer for the missus to sit on. He used memory foam as he isn't a fan of gel inserts. Feels firm but comfortable.
Have had Nitron rear shock and Matris fork cartridge on mine for over a year now. Mucho improvement over stock. Handles so much better since the mod. Nitron and Ohlins both adjust the compression and rebound with just the one knurled adjuster. If you order it for your weight and riding style it...
