Yeh, to be honest with the dealer one they were saying that they had ridden one with it and it wasn't much better they said they couldn't recommend it but if i really wanted it they'd of done it, thing is everyone is different i've done just over 5k and still wanted to do it, but thats just me...

Thanks chaps. I asked the guys at Performance parts today about the Gilles tooling ones. I was wondering if they were the same size as the OEM or if they were different and if they had the holes pre-drilled -wishful thinking, they're not drilled. Apparently they are the same 28.4mm as the stock...

Alreet all? Searched, couldn't find it, so here's my dumb question/s. Who's replaced their handle bars and what did you go for? I'm not finding the stock item uncomfortable or anything, it just looks a bit crap. I think a nice black one would be better suited. Anyone fitted the Gilles...

They are awesome bikes mate. You'll have a riot on it, i know loads of people have said it but it's an animals at times i threw mine down the road after 6 weeks :( maybe i have the touch of a rapist M'eh dunno... I'd get bobbins for sure... Just go enjoy it dude!!

Looks good mate, i was thinking of getting my suspension done at FTR do you recommend them i assume it changed the bike for the better...they were doing a deal for £1000 all fitted is that what you had done? Cheers, also those discs do look sweet!

I had a stormex on my CBR 600w (1998) before my garage was built and i bought my MT. I think it was medium but don't quote me on that. Considering all the shit rep that Oxford products get i was really pleased with it. It had a fleece (kinda) type liner and kept the bike dry without making it...

I just got the carbon "look" ones from Yamabits. Excellent delivery really quick. I'll be doing an installation video on youtube when i get round to fitting them....not that it's hard to do just thought it might help people out Hope you get yours soon , they look ace :)

Alright guys, I was tempted to get some new bars, i was looking at either the Protaper Contours universal or the Gilles Tooling ones to match all my other bling. Does anyone know how the Gilles tooling compare with the stock bars in terms of measurements? Getting info on Gilles stuff is a pain...
