had mine replaced too and no more noise for 500km so far. Mine was the 03 part, the latest one as per they claimed. Hopefully this is the one that will solve the issue ~ Keep calm & keep on riding ~

not sure why its taking so long..have a feeling dealer waiting for more bike with the same prob before ordering. its the only dealer in my country, do no choice for me..gotta wait and keep on waiting..sigh as for the new sound, does its sounds real annoying to the extend of afraid while riding?

feel you mate. Ive been waiting for a mth for the damm new cam and till now, was told to keep on waiting by the dealer. makes it worse, after you mentioned the sound is replaced by a new one..why Yammie..oh why

mines real bad..could hear it loud & clear. still waiting for the bloody cam! think its still ok for me to ride?

initially thought of changing but after sometime of usage and even tried riding for ard 200km..it works fine for me

having the same issue too, been waiting for the new cam for bout a week and yet to rec any news so far..meanwhile dealer tighten up the cam to soften the sound which lasted for around 1-2km of riding? lol

Did it for the stock rear hugger.

need help here :( started the bike and while waiting for it to warm up, saw smoke coming out but not sure from where and then this weird smell..damm. but after checking around, found out the birds just poop on my bikes right engine area. so, thought it could be due to this cause the smell does...
