I really dont like the mounts on the fuel cap - really weird and ruins the look. Ive got a gpr on my R6 which works great. They have one for the mt09 but that needs handle risers which is also pretty average.

If I was going to replace the back shock id also want the 461 with preload adjuster - wonder if you can upgrade it/what the cost is

id be interested in hearing more....ive seen these around but Ive no idea how good itd be - anyone installed one? They obviously wouldnt be as good as replacing your whole setup but the price difference is more than half and its not a big enough problem for me to spend 2K on - might be good...

Yeah I had that issue too with the blanking plates - couldnt work out if I was doing it right as it didnt seem to make sense. They look really good and much brighter than stock which was surprising.

I have one on the rear now replacing the bridgestones. Still early days and only done 300kms on them but so far they are some good tred.

Did you try flipping the globes I.e. flip the positive and negative, they wont work one way.

How did you dent it up?

Depends how fast your going will determine buffeting. Much faster than street legal speeds then you will feel buffeting on this bike unless you have the neck and core of superman.

Looks good mate, very similar curve to mine but I guess thats to be expected as we have a similar setup. Nice to see that afr line nice and consistent - looked like a dogs breakfast before! My afr had a huge spike and trough prior to a dyno around the 4k mark which made cruising at street...

Termis are great pipes, that loks great, I particularly like the angle of the can. That does look really low though, watch out for those bumps :)

I got similar gains when I installed my two brothers pipe. The dealer put it on for me when the first service was done and I noticed better fuel response which was unexpected

Interesting article that popped up in my local motorcycle mag on throttle jerkiness - sounds like someone has been writing about our bike! While it doesnt mention our beloved mt09, it does get a picture on the 3rd page :P

How bright are the Yamaha LEDS? Been thinking about getting some as well as the Yamaha Tail Tidy which looks nice. I havent had LEDS for ages on bikes as they used to be really crap and poor brightness compared to the halogens - these ones give good light during the day?
