Hi All

Just found this board on t'internet and thought it looked good. I had my first ride out on my new Tracer this morning and I must say I'm really pleased with it. I traded my October 2013 pre abs MT 09 in for it after seeing the Tracer at the NEC bike show and deciding I had to have one.

So far so good...........all the mods will suit my kind of riding more. A bit less of a hooligan me thinks.

Did you swap more for the half fairing and doing longer distances etc?

Hi & welcome. I live near Norwich, usually ride to to Southwold/Thorpeness area every couple of weeks.

Yes, my main mileage is one or two big trips a year, so the bigger tank and more comfy seat plus the weather and wind protection was the clincher. Oh, and abs and traction control are sensible mods for most of us. Seems like the throttle map is better also on the Tracer (even though I'd had the old one remapped)

I wouldve got tracer to if I was doing big miles it looks great for a half faired bike, I went for ABS on mine to deff worth it.
