Yamaha side stand foot

hi all , has anybody fitted the genuine Yamaha side stand foot ? how did it go ? did you find it easy to fit ? thank you all .

I had one on for about an hour. Piece of piss to fit but too heavy for the sidestand and kept bouncing up and down....
So off it came

well I must be a thick fucker or I've got a duff sidestand foot , can't get the bolt holes to line up as it's catching on the bar that sticks out and one of the bolt holes is directly under that bar !!!!! put me out of my misery , am I missing something ? ( or just missing intelligence !!!! ) cheers
